Kyoko Kirigiri - Ultimate Affluent Progeny

So Kyoko's design was both kinda simple, kinda not, wanted to give her a very fine and regal kinda attitude to her but not arrogant as that's very much Byakuya's thing. Her story is that she loves her dad more than the family business and her grandpa so she abandons detective work and just uses her brain to help her dad out.

Makoto Naegi - Ultimate Novelist

Makoto is a wonderful guy, just great all around. He loves writing children's books and happy stories. This is his main coping mechanism so he doesn't have to process any negative emotions he gets, the rest he can't process… well they go into a murderous psychopath alter.

Aoi Asahina - Ultimate Lucky Student

Shoujo protagonist Aoi. Cute, headstrong, affective, competitive, these are all the traits that make her fight for her friends and clash with Kyoko (and more often than not Byakuya) in the killing game, even when all hope seems lost… she pushes through, unafraid to let tears spill from her eyes for all those lost, but pushing all the same.

Byakuya Togami - Ultimate Detective

This one, I wanna go into more lore territory, cause I kinda memed around his last desc I gave him so here goes:

"A disgraced heir of the Togami household, Byakuya lost the competition that would've secured his riches. Disdainful and bitter, he sought out to get to the bottom of why he lost, uncovering a rabbit hole in the process. By the end, he proved his sibling a cheater, but it didn't matter because by the end as he found the sweet satisfaction of uncovering secrets and crushing liars and cheaters under the weight of their hubris far more satisfying than any inheritance."

Sayaka Maizono - Ultimate Spirit Medium

So Sayaka isn't a clairvoyant at all like Yasuhiro, in fact her entire skillset is completely different, first of all she is like an actual psychic, and I based her design off of the japanese Itako, quite loosely. Very interesting group, look it up, also she'll never use these powers in the killing game because I dunno how to even approach these rituals or what they look like or how to write them while remaining respectful, so she won't do it in a killing game for the express reason of her not having the right tools available and not wanting to disrespect her traditions.

Leon Kuwata - Ultimate Swimmer

I really wanna draw him again, all these characters again tbh, and I wanna show off the patterns on his wetsuit. It's a whole coral reef under there, that anemone and clownfish bit is only one part of a whole reef stretching his midline.

Sakura Ogami - Ultimate Programmer

Sakura has installed chips into her body to help optimize her body processes and also cause why not. As for the muscles, she's an Assembly programmer, the programs she's made can run on calculators she loves it.

Chihiro Fujisaki - Ultimate Martial Artist

Chihiro's design here with the two belts is an explicit nod to his preferred martial art - Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, so unlike Sakura in canon who'd be easy to imagine cracking someone's skull in half with a chop, Chihiro's approach is more crawling onto someone and bringing them down to the floor with grappling like an angry halfling monk. As for the belts themselves, on his head is his final junior belt, while around his waist is his current belt, he's not a black belt yet because he's still too young for it.

Celestia Ludenberg - Ultimate Baseball Star

Celestia actually isn't a legend in this AU, Taeko is. Celestia hates that and wants to start a baseball career going international, whatever the hell that means is up to her own definition, but she wants to be remembered forever as Celestia, not Taeko. Also extra sentence, but this is the SINGLE hardest design I've ever had to deal with here, I think in the future I'll be drawing all her little accessories and I have an alt costume for her I have in mind.

Hifumi Yamada - Ultimate Pop Star

So I changed Hifumi's story as I originally outlined in the OG post with him. He was friends with Aoi all his life, pretty much his only friend at all, and ever since he was little he had an obsession with writing songs, because he was obsessed with stuff like anime openings and was content to just keep the songs to himself. It wasn't till Aoi convinced him to share some of his songs that he started his journey to success, but bc he's not traditionally attractive, his first hits were literally just… his voice being played over other more attractive singers and it wasn't until very very recently that he even performed a song of his for the first time.

Toko Fukawa - Ultimate Fanfic Writer

So while Hifumi was clearly a Doujinshi but due to weird translation, ended up as fanfic creator, Touko is straight up a FF then Wattpad then AO3 girl, who would get obsessed with this really shitty, tripe manga that she didn't even like reading. It did however have super hot dudes in it, so she wrote good stories of those characters when she got frustrated with the actual authorial content - which was always.

Yasuhiro Hagakure - Ultimate Gambler

Quite LITERALLY the never stop gambling meme personified into a guy. He can lose 3 mil on slot machines but always comes out fine because it means if he keeps gambling he'll eventually run into his 1/3 and win giga millions, what he needs to pay off his debts. It isn't just with luck though either because his personality and lack of intelligence or understanding of most the rules of the games he plays means he'll never react the way he should when getting a good hand in poker or a bad draw in blackjack, so he wins those games almost always through just… stupidity.

Mukuro Ikusaba - Ultimate Biker

She's number 16 in her gang, and is easily the most loyal enforcer and taskman of the gang. She does anything she's told, to a grim and disciplined degree not typical for hooligan bike gangers, she doesn't really desire a seat as top dog of the gang though, after all she's got school to worry about, and her sister.

Mondo Owada - Ultimate Warlord

So his relationship and Kiyotaka's is gonna be interesting, because I don't want him to be exactly like Mukuro at all, who was just sort of an all-obsessed Yandere. It's more like he's always chafing under Taka, who is less than friendly with him in this AU, really the main way he even lets Taka boss him around is because he pays incredibly well and helps keep his gang members from devolving back into the unstructured, chaotic criminal life, the same that took his brother years ago.

Oh and yeah, he still looks like Guile, as he should.

Sparkling Justice - Ultimate Killer Killer

Yeah it's a reference to Killer Killer, sue me I love the manga. He has Hajirahara's ahoge, and I thought it'd be cute to also give him a mask just like the other Makoto from a Kodaka game series (Raincode.) Also, while Genocide jack stuffs all her scissors in her skirt, Makoto keeps a truth gun with "truth bullets" as his main weapon, the gun he stores inside the big book in the chibi of just Makoto, and the bullets kept on his person as the red buttons all over his body, which he pulls out when he needs to reload.

"Kiyotaka Ishimaru" - Ultimate Fashionista

Unlike Mukuro and Junko, Mondo absolutely cannot hide the fact that he acts nothing like Kiyotaka, though this is surprisingly fine to everyone else, because unlike Junko who plastered herself onto literally everything, Mondo always obfuscated himself from the public spotlight, at most showing only his suits while he hid his face behind something conveniently placed. Which played primarily to his vision of an ultimate fashionista, who was above everyone and catered to the rich and powerful.

Junko Enoshima - Ultimate Moral Compass

This was a fun one, I decided to let her have her red hair because I believe it to be the "natural" look of her hair, while attaching little clips of dyed hair to her buns as a replacement to keep her shape sorta and keep the strawberry blonde somwehere on her. Understand that while she is the "moral compass" she is still pretty deranged, and the only reason she focuses so much on keeping everyone on their best behavior is because it's endlessly entertaining to her to make her fellow moral committee members upset when she blatantly makes a mockery of the rules while still keeping kids on their best behavior to make a point.

Kiyotaka Ishimaru - Ultimate Fashionista and Tyrant, the Iron Hand of Despair

Taka's design I wanted to sort of focus on this sort of, holier-than-thou idea, where I wanted to make him look a lot fancier and upper-class than Junko does in his standard highschool fit compared to him. I wanted him to have an upper-crust sort of look

Kinich

✧ One day a dog stuck to him. On his collar he only had the name: Ajaw. Kinich didn't have the heart to throw him out into the rain and that was a mistake. Since then he has never left him. He is always barking loudly as if he wanted to add something to every statement. When Kinich has guests, he locks him in a separate room and fights so that he doesn't get out in a few minutes.

✧ Kinich is studying botany. He's really good at it. Students in his class say he'll do anything for money. The question is how much money are you willing to spend to have him write a crappy assignment for you or beat up a mean guy (that's a rumor going around...).

✧ In his free time he likes to play Minecraft. Pixel blocks have no secrets for him. He'd be happy to play with you if you have time.

✧ He also likes very extreme climbing. He has been to every possible mountain. However, Kinich never takes his friends there. He always goes on such trips alone.

✧ He is a huge Spider-Man fan. When he was younger, he could be caught with his mask on, pretending to shoot webs.

✧ He keeps a large collection of plants in his room but as he himself says, he does not pay much attention to them.

Mualani

✧ Mualani is a surfer. The sea breeze in her hair and the water surrounding her. That's when she feels alive. On the board, she finds both a literal and a life balance. She will very strongly encourage you to try it. There's nothing better than doing what you love with someone close to you.

✧ She believes in trial and error. You'll fall off the big waves many times but once you get the hang of it, you'll never forget her slightly brutal methods. She has a huge amount of enthusiasm. No matter what field you want to start in, she'll always be rooting for you.

✧ No one knows how it happened but one day she met Kachina on the stairwell and they were inseparable ever since. Even though the girl is much younger than her. They are together practically everywhere and everyone thinks they are sisters, even though they are not related by blood.

✧ Mualani works part-time at a beach goods store. She once found used maracas there, bought them and now takes them out at every opportunity to show them off. She rocks every party, dancing with them.

✧ She loves her aunt very much but she is very sickly. Mualani helps her as much as she can in her spare time.

✧ She will never say no to a bonfire by the sea. If you want to please her, all you have to do is organize one.

Mavuika

✧ Born to be a boss. Owner of a large corporation, which she came to own through her own strength and effort.

✧ A motorcycle enthusiast. She loves to ride through the city streets at night. Her fiery hair seems to light up the darkness around her. Mavuika often spends time this way and you have to like it because she will take you for a ride very often. And without a helmet. All you have to do is hold on to her waist tightly.

✧ She often wears her black outfit, even when there is no obvious reason for it, such as driving. She claims that she looks good in it and it would be a shame to pass up the opportunity to collect a few more compliments. Her most famous flirty technique is to gently slide down her black glasses. 100% effective. Or so she claims.

✧ Mavuika has a whole wall in her room full of trinkets that she got from friends and family. Her loved ones have been dead for quite a while, so she's had a hard time in life. Despite this, she still remembers them and looks at things with a smile. She'll happily tell you about the stories that go with them.

✧ She is very strong. There are rumors that in the evenings she fights with people from local gangs and even the mafia. It is not known how much truth there is in this but it is certain that no one wants to mess with her. She repeats that she does not need protection. She is her own best protection.

Okay since people want to hear me yap here's the smol gist of Lore accurate KiY AU. (I hope I can make it as brief as possible lol).

First it's a double layered AU, with Faroe with Jane, and Arthur with the King.

I would like to start with how The King operates. Much like in the OG book, there's the King in Yellow book that drives people mad and other small things like his signs and his cultists that spread his influence on the human side of the world. If you even touch anything that has its influence, you gradually become exposed to more supernatural things until eventually The King can just harvest you and take you to Carcosa. However, for the last few decades, The King has been reliant on his cultists, thus more activities in the human world and eventually their actions got the notice of certain people, let's say Lester and Yang PI.

Arthur and Parker got involved with the supernatural much earlier than canon Malev. They weren't in too deep with it yet, but they're aware that there's other entities and they need to protect people from it. Eventually, Arthur split off from Parker and his daughter because he feared that whatever cult they were dealing with would eventually get to his family. He told Parker to watch over Faroe and Daniel and then went off alone.

During this time, he found John/Jane's book and for the most of it, kept it far far away from the King, until Arthur realises that he was going to die soon. Being too close and too exposed to all the supernatural influences of The King, made him viable to be whisked away. So, in his final moments, he hid the book away before "disappearing" from the world.

All the while that's happening, Faroe believed that her father had abandoned her and grew up resenting the man. (She was abandoned around her teenage years).

When Faroe became an adult, she got an anonymous letter that came from Arthur's old office (note: Parker, Faroe, and Daniel are in NY, and Arthur asked Parker to move there to watch over Faroe). She found Jane's book hidden under the floorboards and then bam, Jane is stuck in Faroe's head.

Faroe's story more or less goes the same way Arthur does, but she discovers her father's trail. Letters he addressed to people about the cults and The King, etc. and also his final will which revealed that he was indeed killed by The King.

For Arthur and the King, Arthur was exposed too much to The King's influence, at his last moments, his body was taken by The King, while his soul entered Carcosa. But, everything that happened between the two of them was unexpected, to say the least.

One, Carcosa was a dead city. The people in it were withering away and The King has been struggling to keep them alive. Two, Arthur wasn't affected by the madness that seeps off of the city and also didn't wither away like the others did. So, the two eventually had a mutual agreement that they'd figure out what exactly happened to the inhabitants of Carcosa and why Arthur was so special. During this, they had a mutual understanding and respect for one another and were soo close to becoming friends. Imagine a wiser Arthur with a John for this segment, that's essentially what their situationship is.

Eventually, Arthur realised what was happening with the people of Carcosa. The longer he was with The King, the more he understood what he was. He came to the conclusion that The King represents not only madness, but also decay and death. The madness of men to hide away the dread of death and decay through opulence, and because The King had lived with so much power and glamour for so long, he had forgotten the "decay" part of his being and his people were simply expiring. The King in all his pride, denied this and in their argument, decided to scramble Arthur's mind and forced him to play music for him for all eternity.

And that's so far what I got to share publicly lol. These are all just my insane ramblings of this thing, whether or not it ends good or not we'll see lol.

I unfortunately am not a fic writer so I may not write this except for my short illustrations of this AU hehe.

I would say that everyone is sad with their circumstances, even The King. Hehe

1. Hello! o/ I'm looking for a fic I saw last year on ao3 but couldn't read it, then when I looked to read it I couldn't find it.

I think the description said that: Wei WuXian and Jiang YanLi decide to run away together with Jin Ling, and after 13 years since they left the cultivation world, Lan JingYi finds them by chance.

I can't remember if the tag(s) or description says A-Yuan is with them or if the Wen Remnants survived and ran with them. But I'm sure the action takes place after Jin ZiXuan dies and Wen Qing is probably dead and Wen QiongLin is captured and imprisoned by the Jin Sect (Not so sure about the last part with Wen Qing and Wen QiongLin).

I also think the Wei Ying | Wei WuXian/Lan Zhan | Lan WangJi tag was also at relationships (I think, not sure).

Ancient Loz AU Story

10,000 years before the events of BOTW the Princess of Hyrule and the Hero who wields the sword that seals the Darkness first fought off the Calamity. With the help of the Sheikah, Guardians, Champions and the Divine Beasts. However, the hero and her best friend; the Prince of the Gerudo, were now missing. The only one to return from the fight was the Princess… Bloodied and bruised. She emerged from the castle alone. No longer the energetic, and free spirited person she used to be. Now, she is filled with a sole dedication to her Kingdom. But cold, and filled with deep sorrow. She orders the Sheikah to create shrines to train the next hero.They prepare the towers, store the Guardians under the castle till they are needed. Research started on the slate where it can be used for building infrastructure and even battle. Anything to help prepare for another Calamity.

The Gerudo Prince wasn't seen again and the heroes identity was forgotten But, the Royal blood of Hylia lives on….

Link is from a traveling caravan. His family has blood from the ancient Zonai tribe. He travels with a decent size troupe along with his sister, father and grandmother.

He meets Zelda during a festival where he was entering an archery contest in castletown. Zelda, who was disguised as Sheik, was also entering. She beat him at the contest(barely), but was extremely bothered by how good he was.

The festival goes on for about 3 days and at the end there is the sword ceremony where all the people coming of age(18) can attempt to pull the sword. She was presiding over it and witnessed him pull the sword and his whole life change. Not long after they meet officially and Link is appointed as her Knight; She introduces him to Ganondorf, her best friend from childhood.

And the chaos and comrade-ere ensues~

Over 3 years they travel, train, fall in love and wait for the day when the evil is supposed to show itself. With no sign of the great evil, they start to relax a bit. But that is when it strikes. Ganon travelling by himself at this time. Explores a cave in the Gerudo desert and encounters something ominous. Whispers in the dark speak to him and his fears and wants and his distaste for the King of Hyrule…. The voice is familiar, much too familiar, and before he can fight back it consumes him. When he awakes he is alone. He isn't instantly ‘evil’ but over time it twists his thoughts and actions. His closest friends and mother grow concerned. He becomes harsher and radical. Cruel. During a secret meeting with the King, Ganon assassinates him. Zelda happens upon Ganon covered in blood. She thinks he's hurt and is concerned by his behavior the past year. He snaps. He tells her every dark thing he has been thinking, and that he killed her father. In shock, and devastated, she can’t move as Ganon is about to strike her. But Link manages to get to her in time because the master sword was glowing, something he has never seen before but an instinct so old took over him. He races to escape with her. Ganon takes over the castle. But only as a steward because the King and the Princess are nowhere to be found. No one is the wiser to his malevolent plots. Yet. He knows she has to act fast since Zelda and Link escaped.

Zelda and Link make it all the way to Kakariko Village and Impa and they are all Informed that the Calamity is upon them. No one can believe it is their Ganondorf who is doing this but it is undeniable. They grieve, but they must act fast. With the help of the Sheikah they gather the guardians, monks and send word to the Races and Champions to prepare for battle. Zelda listens as Link hums an old Zonai Lullaby his mother used to sing to him. And it makes her remember something she read about. A story about there being an ancient Zonai device below the castle that would help defeat the Demon King.

Impa knows the tunnels She can help them sneak in. So they prepare to infiltrate the castle.

Under the castle they find the Zonai Artifacts that were left behind for sealing the great evil.

Ganon's followers saw them enter however and informed him. Knowing this is his chance he stops all pretenses and releases his power. Unleashing a mob of monsters and a cloud of malace into the castle and across Hyrule. But the Champions and Shekah are prepared to meet them.

Looking around for any clue. Trying to think of anything they read or that Link heard from his family that could be used to turn on the sealing jewelry. They don’t know how to activate it, but Ganon is going to be upon them soon as they had to fight through hordes of monsters beforehand.

Out of the dark behind them he emerges.

Zelda and Link manage to avoid the surprise attack. They both go on the defensive. They fight and try to reason with him. They can’t believe this is their friend, their lover. The fight is tough, because they all know each other's moves after training together for years along with the emotional turmoil. Zelda tells Link he needs to figure out how to activate the artifact if they are to succeed. She will hold him off. But by this point they are both exhausted.

Ganon manages to cut Link, spraying blood over the floor and the statue. Link falls to the floor and Ganon towers over him ready to strike him down, but Zelda blasts him away. Ganon turns his attention to her. Annoyed with her meddling and manages to land a blow on her also. Cutting the tip of her right ear off.

The statue lights up from the blood. The blood of a zonai. That  was another part of the Lullaby from Links family Zelda realizes. The Jewelry glows and expands before flying off the wrists of the statue to Link. He is surrounded by a green glowing light that blasts Ganon and Zelda back. The bands constrict around his arms and legs disintegrating the clothing underneath. He screams. Zelda watches on in horror as Link transforms before her. His skin is turning black and his bones and skin stretch until he is 6 ft tall. What did she get him into? This was supposed to help them what was happening… She is living in a nightmare. What else will she have to give up. She cries as she looks at him, feeling his pain and fear. His hair band she had given him falls from his hair. Rolling across the floor towards her. “..Zelda….” He says 

She picks up the hair band and goes to him! But he is not really responding. He is restrained and struggling within himself. His head is filled with the spirits of the Zonai he knows what he must do…he knows this is the last time he will see Zelda and Ganon. To seal the Demon King he must sacrifice himself. He says the last part of the Lullaby to Zelda and she knows. This is it. She kisses him. Though a bit strange now that he's so tall and his lips are cold. Ganon is getting up across the cavern from them, laughing. He mocks them and their weak attempts at thwarting him. One last clash. Zelda manages to get his weapon from him and Link plunges his arm into Ganons chest activating the sealing power. Glowing green. They both freeze in place and all is quiet. Entombed under the castle. The malice and monsters disappear. Zelda cautiously goes up to them. She doesn't touch them lest she break the spell somehow. The only thing she does is grab the hair bangle that fell to the floor in the final fight. It was the one from Ganon’s hair. And she left for the surface.

Alone.

Puppyhood:

Jayce:

-Jayce was a very spoiled pupper. He was probably born on a small but successful local farm, he's the only puppy of Ximena (the family who owned the farm's Bernese mountain dog) and their neighbors newfoundland

-despite growing up with dobermans, at age 12 Cait wanted a dog of her own, one that she could fully take care of. Her mother insisted they already had dogs but Caitlyn complained that while loving and fun the dobbies had been trained as protection and hunting dogs and she just wanted a puppy of her own to play with since she had no siblings. In fact she insisted so much that eventually they adopted Jayce for Cait's 12th birthday.

-jayce, as any dog that lives on the kiramman household received top tier level training and knows how to behave like the perfect dog if the kirammans are hosting a gala. But when the guests are away. Jayce inmediately vacuums all the little crumbs of food that may have fallen to the ground and doesn't minds when attendees pamper him by giving him fancy cheese cubes, no one resists his puppy eyes and he knows it.

-cait on the other hand absolutely spoils him, she lets him jump into her bed at bedtime while her dad reads her a bedtime story and she hugs her pupper. Jayce ofc is those kind of massive dogs who aren't aware of their size and love to cuddle so oftenly he ends up pushing Cait off the bed due to his size.

-overall he's very sweet and Cait makes sure his fur is always well brushed. His main fears are the vacuum cleaner, squirrels, cats, ice cubes and little dogs

Viktor:

-Viktor was separed from his mom and litter mates when he was found on the street by Singed. He managed to capture Viktor as his siblings and mom ran away. He tried to follow after them, but after tripping under some rocks, he injured his leg and singed catched him.

-Vik's leg was amputated at Singed's lab and he was going to be used to tests drugs and medicines like other animals singed had in the lab. As a puppy, Viktor's only comfort was the axolotl named rio, who he could see from his cage since Rio's tank was right in front.

-Singed's daughter, Orianna, was the one that, after witnessing Rio's passing, decided to help the rest of the animals and help them escape. Starting with Viktor.

-Once Vik had ran away far enough by following a small stream, he was found by Sky. The girl inmediately noticed his poor state and brought him to Benzo's animal shelter where Benzo and Ekko nursed him back to health. He was adopted a couple weeks later when he was around 2 months and a half by Vander and his family.

Adulthood:

Jayce:

-as they grew up together, Cait considers Jayce as more than just her dog. To her he's also a brotherly figure and someone to confide in. After becoming an enforcer, Caitlyn developed an anxiety disorder due to the things she had to endure as one. She quickly grew tired of her job and decided she wanted nothing to do with it. So she retired and now hosts a recreational shooting school where she teaches the proper use and safety of firearms. Throughout all of this process, Jayce became a huge emotional support por Caitlyn. And she refuses to go anywhere without him.

-Caitlyn now volunteers as a dog trainer in her free time at Benzo's shelter and also goes on patrol to see if she can find any other animals that need help.

Viktor:

-Once adopted by Vander + family, he was inmediately showered by all the love in the world. He tends to sleep by the rustic fireplace, resting by either Vander's or Silco's feet, depending on who's sitting on the old couch by the fireplace to Begin with lmao.

-he gets alright with Claggor and doesn't mind his company either. Milo on the other hand...swears Viktor must have been a shark on a previous life because the small dog has taking to the habit of chasing him and bitting his ankles.

-Vi, Jinx and the most recent family member, Isha are his favorites. He follows the around making sure the three of them are safe. He takes turns to cuddle with each one of them at nightime.

-Vi is usually the one in charge of walking and bathing Viktor, Isha feeds him and Jinx makes him all the cute little doggy sweaters in the world. She's also working with Ekko to build Viktor a doggy wheelchair and a prosthetic leg for him

-Vi and Jinx also Volunteer at Benzo's shelter. Jinx is in charge of giving the new animals a makeover (bath + haircut) and Vi takes the dogs for their daily walks. (That's how she and Cait meet)

-viktor was a bit hesitant about Jayce at first. And Jayce was a bit scared of Viktor although they quickly developed a bond and you can see them both together or following eachother all the time.

-Cait helped Vi to train Viktor and desensitize him to triggers he has due to puppyhood trauma.

-All the girls like to joke around that Jayce and Viktor must be in love or something because they're like Velcro dogs to each other. You can't separate them or Jayce will whine all the way back home and look sad until it's time to go see Viktor again.

I promised to write some more, well here it is...

Characters for Asylum AU...

I'm going to write this similar to how I originally wrote out points for Reaper King AU and the Home Sweet Bar AU. So while not in fanfic form, I might write out some one shots for it if people enjoy it. Unlike Reaper King, which has its own fic now.

So here's gonna be the first round of the characters for this, then there's going to be story plot points in future posts. (Will warn you all now, this got quite LONG, hence why it took me a few days to finish and upload ^^;)

Setting: Silver Horizons Hospital and Asylum - In this universe this place is considered the best of the best. One of the finest hospitals and mental institutions that has ever been founded. The place is huge, consisting of a normal hospital that actually goes by the name of 'Silver Hospital' as the founders last name was Silver. The Asylum is actually called 'Horizons Asylum.' The two originally separate buildings are now connected in a fairly recent merger. With the Asylum now being considered a new wing of the hospital, but was important enough that the name was kept for publicity sake. The facility treats both humans and animatronics, which are a fairly common part of the general population at this point.

Nurse Ruin - In this AU, after stealing several pieces of equipment from Dark Sun; rather than end up in the shows Puppet and Eclipse dimension, Ruin found a new home in this universe. He started out employed as a nurse. But his multitasking skills, fast pace, good attitude and overall abilities made him rapidly rise through the ranks until he became one of the head nurses. Ruins the boss of select areas of his own choosing. His areas are the Asylum, the hospitals general floor and the children's wing.

It would seem that Nexus's tormenting of Ruin has made something inside of him snap (Well, snapped more anyway.) He takes his overseeing the children's wing of the hospital extremely seriously. As in nobody better upset the kids there...

...or else...

That warning is NOT overblown. As during a little show being put on by Jackie the Jack-in-the-box for the sick children of the wing, a Doctor by the name of Burke started making a scene and demanded Jackie leave as he found them disgusting and he was upsetting everyone, Jackie included...

...Ruin literally threw him out of the third story window...

He was fine, and he was unable to prove Ruin threw him out of the window. The story being that he fell out of the window while he was talking to Ruin. As all of the children who saw and Jackie backed Ruin up on his story... And Burke seethed at nobody believing him.

Ruins control over the asylum... Well... He chooses to oversee that specifically so he can keep a close eye on Nexus.

And he's only too happy to repay Nexus for some of the hell he put him through... Granted Ruin never PHYSICALLY hurts him, beyond making his straightjacket too tight. But he knows exactly how to push his buttons emotionally and mentally. Also pointing out how his family has given up on him and now just left him here to rot. He doesn't actually mean that, but he's deliberately being an asshole to him...

As for why he manages the general floor of the main hospital, well... That lets him help and be closer to Doctor Eclipse...

Who he is now in a serious relationship with...

Doctor Eclipse - This universes Eclipse, he started off in a similar manner to every other Eclipse, namely being a massive asshole to his Sun and Moon, creating a Bloodmoon, Solar Flare and Lunar to assist him, that goes sideways etc... The difference is that at some point, this universes Moon traps and tries to delete him, but only ended up deleting a portion of the motor control for his left leg, leaving him with a permanent limp and his needing to use a cane permanently. He was saved by his Lunar who finally managed to negotiate peace in his family. And they all essentially went their own ways. With Eclipse and Solar Flare becoming doctors.

Doctor Eclipse has a very grumpy personality. He is blunt and calls people who are his patients out on stupid shit that gets them to have to come to the hospital in the first place. He does not have a good bedside manner... He's a very good doctor... But he's the equivalent of an Eclipse being merged with Gregory House.

His level of assholeness is legendary.

That being said, his people skills aside, he genuinely DOES care about people and that shines through with certain individuals. Particularly with Lunar, who he is still close with and views as a brother... But also young kids if they end up brought to him as patients. He also is very close with one young nurse he met while she was new to working at this hospital and eventually he even became the godfather to her son Jake, whom he regularly babysits.

Then Ruin came to work at the hospital...

At first Ruin was kinda annoying and definitely got on his nerves. As he was jokingly flirting with him and being very playful overall... But as time went by, they became friends. As Ruin could actually make him laugh. Honestly Doctor Eclipse just enjoyed watching how good Ruin was with all the children and various patients under his care. Eclipse is a jerk, but he appreciates people who aren't. That was the start of the spark between them. Which has since grown into a surprisingly healthy relationship.

...and resulted in them lovemaking in several of the hospitals closets on their breaks...

That aside, the duo are actually pretty good for each other. As Ruin can act as a buffer between Eclipse and patients, let alone their families. It also helps that Ruin gets along very well with Lunar, Solar Flare and even Bloodmoon. With the latter even surprising him.

He even gets along with Eclipse's pet 'Anteater'...

It's not actually an anteater. Frankly nobody is exactly sure exactly WHAT it is. It came out of Eclipse's portal before he scrapped it. As he no longer had any desires to visit other dimensions. It looks like an anteater, but it's the size of a silverback gorilla.

It actually is pretty tame... Everyone thinks... It wanders around the hospital, low-key dealing with a slight termite and ant problem the place has. But it also tends to make its way into other wings of the hospital, seemingly disregarding space and physics as some people will swear they saw it walk down one hall in one moment, only to appear in another wing on the other side of the building a second later.

The children love it, it's a big critter that they can pet and it tickles them with its tongue. It's surprisingly gentle. But it's allowed to wander around the hospital for another reason...

Near as Eclipse can tell, it eats disease...

Not completely, but through Eclipse's observation, it is drawn to some patients with various illnesses. It visits and gets a few pets and it licks them. But almost always afterwards the patient will get good news in regards to whatever their health issues are and after a visit from the critter nearly all patients will enter remission.

Needless to say, Ruin tries to get the creature to visit most of the children in dire need. Eclipse guesses that it's some sort of mutant Baku. As he has observed it seemingly eating bad dreams from patients as well.

Some hospitals have cats, this one has a 500lb dimensionally displaced anteater...

Also, curiously it seems to avoid the asylum wing and cannot be made to go into it...

The final thing to be said about Doctor Eclipse is that when Sun and Moon brought Nexus in, they actually spoke with him and discussed everything with before they checked him into the asylum. And he became aware of Nexus's interdimensional nature. They left very specific contact information with Doc Eclipse in case of emergency.

At first Eclipse attempted to be Nexus's doctor himself. But it became very obvious he was far too hostile and angry towards him just for the fact he was an Eclipse model for him to ever actually help him, thus he became the patient of Dr. Burke...

And all the hell that is gonna unintentionally lead too...

Doctor Solar Flare - He began life much like Canon Solar Flare. But was treated a hell of a lot better. And once things were at least somewhat rectified, he joined Eclipse in becoming a doctor.

What he DID NOT expect was to become the cities Number 1 Bachelor and heartthrob...

He doesn't get it... He really doesn't understand how it happened. But somehow he's here. Solar Flare is the cities most eligible bachelor and he now has more suitors than he can count. It's... A little overwhelming for him honestly.

But putting that aside, he is a very good doctor who prides himself on helping his patients. He works in the same complex as Eclipse and the reputation and skills of these two brothers is half of the reason for the facilities nearly flawless reputation.

His professional prowess aside, when not doing his job, he likes nothing more than going to his favorite cafe and reading a good book with some tea and mochi. He loves mystery novels and lives in a very comfortable house with an expansive garden that he has cultivated himself. And while he's put off by the VAST number of individuals who are often throwing themselves at him, he actually wouldn't mind meeting someone to have a relationship with... He just thinks it's unlikely due to the insanity the #1 Bachelor status has brought him.

But the one thing that truly gives him trouble however, is whenever his 'family' gets together. Typically organized by Lunar... As Lunar is always trying to get the two factions of his family to come together and bury the hatchet and get along. Unfortunately this usually ends in disaster, with Eclipse and Moon nearly coming to blows. Solar Flare being grateful for Ruin now being a part of things...

As holding Eclipse and Moon apart is NOT an easy thing to do... Especially when Eclipse is really good at sneak attacking with his cane. Which has multiple weapons built into it...

The factions of their family are Sun and Moon on one side with all of the found/extended family there and the other side being Eclipse, Solar Flare and Bloodmoon and their found/extended families as well. Lunar is the only one two fit into both sides easily and while their Sun and Moon aren't hostile towards Solar Flare, it's just... Uncomfortable... For him.

He knows that Lunar only means well, but he has his severe doubts that this family is ever going to be able to get along in any capacity beyond staying far away from each other.

Security Guard Bloodmoon - Again, he started out as the standard Bloodmoon. Being a two-for-one murderer with an unquenchable bloodlust. Much of that took place, the difference was that eventually at some point, the blood twins ended up under the care of this universes Foxy.

But this Foxy, who resembles more of a hippie, who wears a beaded vest and has a bit of a beard, was put in charge of Bloodmoon. Probably by Eclipse or Solar Flare, who managed to wrangle the twins and asked Foxy for his help with watching them temporarily...

This Foxy did the impossible...

He 'tamed' them...

Or at least made them tamer. This Bloodmoon has a very good relationship with Foxy. Openly referring to him as their father. They have stopped killing indiscriminately and now suffice on blood from blood banks or slaughterhouses. A lot of this was achieved because this Foxy is actually a retired therapist and always specialized in working with difficult cases.

...well, that's what Foxy and the others believe anyway...

The reality is that they never did stop killing. They just toned it down and became far sneakier at it. Truth is that they love the old fox, but their nature is that of a killer and they can't just... stop... Even if they wanted too.

However, while they became stealthier at their killing because of Foxy, the REAL change in their behavior came upon meeting Maddie Jenkins, who is the Coroner at the hospital...

They met while both hiding bodies...

Maddie isn't just the Coroner, she's a local serial killer as well. Only unlike Bloodmoon, she's extremely choosy about her targets. She only kills murderers, rapists, peds, abusers, etc. She openly describes herself as a 'Monster that preys on other monsters.' Which leads her to have a very impressive body count all on her own.

When these two met, it was something instantaneous... Like a lit match meeting gasoline. They just clicked. It didn't take Maddie much to bring Bloodmoon onto her side, getting his help with slaughtering their victims and disposing of the bodies. These two quickly become absolute besties.

Bloodmoon hears through Maddie about the opening for a security guard job at the hospital, which he applies for and uses Solar Flare and Eclipse as his references. Which leads them to be called in for statements on the Bloodtwins character.

Eclipse: Look I'm gonna be real with you here, that is probably the most dangerous bot on the planet with a body count in the thousands. He's turned over a new leaf, true, but do you want to be the one to tell him that he didn't get the job?

Hospital Director: D:

...Bloodmoon was told to start the next week...

Maddie Jenkins the Coroner - The coroner who works in the hospitals basement. She's a very skilled and professional. But has the side hobby of being a serial killer and romantic partner to Bloodmoon.

Sadly she has been through a lot in her life, being the middle child in a family of five. She was always the one who was mistreated or neglected. Often pointing out that if it was not for her elder sister, Harper, she would have been completely alone throughout the entirety of her early years. Her families golden child was her eldest brother, but Harper as the second daughter was also showered with love. Maddie as the middle child was ignored and with the birth of her fraternal twin younger siblings she might as well have been invisible to her family.

They don't even take her seriously in regards to her job and regularly put her down, in spite of her success. Needless to say she cut her family off a while ago, with the exception of Harper, who also cut contact with their toxic family. Although they do try to get in contact every now and again, but only to try and convince Maddie to get Harper to leave her 'Tinker Toy' of a husband...

As Harper is married to Killcode...

Maddie completely ignores them and still regularly interacts with her sister and brother in law. With this universe's KC being a cop, although he has no inkling of Maddie's murderous hobby.

Meanwhile outside of killing people, Maddie and Bloody are usually free to do their own thing. Generally just enjoying each other's company and doing things that they enjoy, like horror movies and hunting. The only thing that really regularly annoys Maddie now is occasionally her ex, Dr. Burke, getting angry at seeing her so happy while dating a frickin robot.

Maddie just points out that Bloody makes her happy, Burke makes her want to barf...

Dr. Roderick Burke - The biggest asshole in the hospital. This guy is virtually all of the worst characteristics of doctors all rolled into one extremely detestable human being. Burke is a good doctor, very intelligent... But he has a massive ego and an overdeveloped sense of entitlement.

Oh and this man HATES animatronics...

Absolutely hates them. All starting from a pivotal moment at 8 years old at a birthday party... Rather than it being the traditional FNAF route, the animatronic in question was Jackie the Jack-in-the-box, and they scared this boy so much he was mentally scarred for the rest of his life. But it was an honest mistake and Jackie felt horrible for scaring the poor boy...

But Burke didn't just develop a disliking, he developed a flat out hate. To give an example, there are people who are afraid of spiders... and if a young child has a pet tarantula, a normal individual will back away, not get close, etc.

Roderick Burke is the kinda guy to rip that spider away from the child and crush it, proclaiming that everyone should hate spiders and that he did the child a favor. While every sane individual looks on in horror...

An example of this occurred when that same animatronic from all those years ago, Jackie, came to perform for the sick children and Burke tried to ruin the show not caring he was making kids cry...

Until Ruin literally threw him out the window...

That stunt didn't earn him any favors from his colleagues. But he doesn't actually care, he is very self absorbed into his own self importance. But couple that with his hatred of bots makes him DESPISE the animatronic doctors he works with.

He hates Solar Flare most of all...

To him, Solar Flare is just the worst of the worst. The least 'alive' bot he's ever met and yet Flare has everything Burke believes is rightfully his. The status, the success and the cities Number 1 Bachelor spot. Oh... His hatred of Solar Flare is almost a physical thing. Yet Solar Flare has been nothing but nice to him. And Flare is admittedly oblivious to Burke's hate towards him. Eclipse can see it and just tells his brother to avoid Burke.

But the biggest enemy Burke has is actually himself. As he has authored papers and proposed studies on what he views as a revolutionary way to treat psychiatric patients, a treatment regimen that could potentially correct even the most damaged of minds... He calls it, 'Reverse Psychosis Induction Therapy'

The basic premise of it is that if various traumas, anxiety and fear inducing stimulants are sufficient enough to drive a sane person mad, then theoretically they can be used to drive a mad person sane... His proudly professing this theory has left a bad taste in the mouths of his peers, who rightly look at this and see it for what it is... Cruelty towards the mentally ill and suffering. Burke views this as nothing but another blow to his pride and he's vowed to prove everyone wrong... By performing a study using his treatment plan on multiple troublesome patients of the asylum.

And Nexus's name is on the top of his list...

Hi, I have just discovered your AU and I like the design, also the name made curious about what's the AU about

Thank you! And for the ‘Crimson Angel AU’ think of it as translating to ‘Blood-Soaked Angel AU’, since I think that’s more of a better visual/description, but crimson just sounds prettier for an actual title.  This is gonna be a little long for more-in-depth lore dump so see the READ MORE for well, more! And my apologies for the rambles that have slowly taken over my brain, it's a little chaotic but the basic gist of it XD

(Note Anthea goes by she/they and I alternate between the two so if that causes reading issues let me know)

In this case, the ‘Blood-Soaked Angel’ is my lamb, Anthea, who starts off the story as being a seemingly kind, friendly, and optimistic person just wanting to help, but is really just someone who is trying to understand why they lived when their family and people did not, and just going with self-sacrifice and self-destruction as the only way to ‘prove’ they deserved to live. 

Got a mini backstory comic here with some explanations, though TLDR Anthea already had this sense of being responsible for keeping everyone else’s spirits up after losing their father, and when heretics destroyed the rest of their family/village at age 12 and they survived by the shear luck of just being out on a routine supply run, they feel as if they don’t deserve it. 

From there Anthea bottled everything up and wandered the forests for a bit until being found and taken in by Ratau, who taught her not only how to fight but also told her stories of his time as vessel, of which any involving The One Who Waits were the most interesting. A lonely, bitter, and kinda angry god of death, despite  his appearance, kept and appeared to care for the two young kits by his side. TOWW sounded different from the other bishops Anthea had only ever known to be violent, and thus she began to worship him as a sort of comfort-since thinking a gentler god greeted her family and would one day greet her was a better thought than the horror they must’ve faced prior to death. She lived day to day just pretending everything was fine, being a good kid, and helping out around the shack, while internally treating every moment like borrowed time, thinking she had to keep being useful to everyone else. (Ratau knew she had people-pleasing issues but didn’t realize the extent for a long, long time) 

Cut to Anthea being 26, and after she and Ratau were heading back one afternoon after some errand or visit were ambushed by heretics who managed to injure Ratau when they tried to escape, and though they got away, they were pursued. Thinking she’d lived on borrowed time long enough and wanting to prevent another person she loved from dying, Anthea took advantage of Ratau’s injury keeping him from stopping her and drew the heretics away, being captured as a result. 

Bishops, execution, Anthea gets the shock of hearing that they’re the final lamb prior to sacrifice, then suddenly they’re waking up in the gateway to the god they’ve worshiped for years, and he’s just as Ratau described. A lonely, bitter god with two young kits (I place Aym and Baal as teens since it leads to some interesting moments), by his side. Yet where that’s all Ratau saw, Anthea also saw the chains. The wounds bleeding an endless stream of ichor. The way TOWW struggled prior to their approach, how his voice and smile were strained. This god they’d built up as this better to the bishops is trapped and painfully so, and when offered the chance to help him, Anthea jumps at it. They must’ve lived for SOMETHING, must be the last for some greater purpose because there were so many other lambs who ‘deserved’ to live more, so if it’s for this prophecy then so be it. 

Game plays out, Anthea begins to see past the bitterness/anger Nariender puts up to see someone genuinely hurt by those he cared about and struggling to trust after while also seeing he’s not exactly perfect, whilst Nariender in turn starts to call Anthea out on the whole self-sacrificial stick as them just trying to die to make themself feel better instead of just facing the fact that they lived, others died, and that’s all there is to say. Slowly the two become friends, got an idea for example that Anthea starts to use the crown to show Nariender what he’s missed in the world as a means of comforting him/helping him remember not all was as bad as he recalls (aka they’re unintentional dates lol), Anthea also starts befriending the twins since they remind them of their own brothers which gains more Nariender friendship points at someone making his kids happy, and that friendship slowly turns to a genuine love from both sides. 

Anthea plans to keep her feelings hidden until after Narinder’s free, though secretly starts to work on an engagement present to confess by leaving the crown at the temple and going to the Lonely Shack at night. (the engagement also meant to be a symbolic ‘hey you don’t have to feel the same but just know I’ll be with you from now on I won’t leave you’). Is also Anthea finally taking steps to live life for herself and move on to something that makes her happy. Meanwhile Narinder has no idea what these feelings he’s having are-just that this weirdly kind, cheerful, but also melancholic and frustratingly self-sacrificial lamb makes his heart race, and is now for some reason being a little distant. He’s been trying to figure out how to return to the world above without sacrificing Anthea, but now has whatever this is distracting him, and thus has the crown follow one night, only hears part of Anthea discussing/being teased about planning a proposal but not who said proposal is for, and being unused to jealousy but very used to being cast aside and betrayed gets angry/scared/heartbroken and decides to just go through with the sacrifice anyway since it’s easier than trying to figure out why he’s feeling like this. 

Endgame battle hits, during which Anthea feels very confused/hurt by his order to sacrifice themself, as just the other day here was their dearest friend lightly scolding them for willingly dying just to visit. They try to reason with him and Narinder doesn’t want to hear it, so he orders the twins to fight Anthea which neither are willing but are forced, and Anthea has no choice but to kill both since Nariender refuses to hear reason. The anger, grief, guilt, and heartbreak they’ve bottled up finally boils over as red wings appear on their back like they briefly do in-game when the lamb refuses (this all started when I saw the scene in-game and thought the visual/symbolism was really cool), and they fight and defeat Nariender. 

When back at the compound Nariender’s just lashing out and cursing Anthea on the dais because he’s angry and hurt at her betraying him until Anthea just calmly tells him why he was spared-she loved him. Nariender finally looks at her and is hit with the realization that this lamb who’d always looked at him so warmly with adoration is now giving him the most blank, lifeless expression as she tells him he’s free to do as he pleases before leaving. And he now realizes that because he didn’t stop and think things through and instead let anger take the focus he completely neglected to realize that here was someone who loved him-who loved him even as they learned of his faults, saw his lowest, ect, and he just threw it all away over a misunderstanding he could've EASILY just asked about. He even sacrificed his guards (read sons) just because that was somehow easier than talking. Which begs the question, who else loved him? Who else did he miss? Was his imprisonment really all on the bishops, or was he also to blame? Whilst Anthea’s now stuck with a godhood she didn’t want, two more loved ones dead, and a broken heart. 

The two gotta learn where to go from here, the now blood-soaked ‘angel’ who’s begun to realize just how much giving pieces of yourself hurts, and a fallen god who’s begun to realize things aren’t as black and white as he thought. They get better! Eventually...

Might try making a fic, might just keep this as drabbles and rambles along with art, but right now I’m having fun making fanart/aus for the first time instead of just watching from the sidelines, so I hope you enjoy the ride. But for now enjoy some angsty doodles :D

part two of my magic batman magical au, here's part one:

Ok so we last left off with Bruce grieving Jason Todd, swearing he'll never take in another apprentice and isolating himself from his clan, substantially weakening Gotham's defences against malicious mages while Barbara desperately tries to get a hold of the city. Dick is currently in between getting his life together in the sister city Bludhaven after helping his friends during multiple travels around the world when suddenly Haley's Circus comes into town.

That's where Tim Drake decides to do something. The only heir to a new money family, Tim's parents weren't mages, his dad had a basic understanding of time magic while his mom was relatively good with ilusory magic but they never pursuit it over the passion of their life, archeology. Tim, however, always loved magic, loved the way mages would make miracles out of the ordinary and loved the way it tested the impossible. Tim loved the Clan of The Bats. He always did, ever since he was a child and first saw the beauty of Haley's Circus, when he saw The Flying Graysons for the first time.

A Lonely Place of Dying goes about the same way, the same with Rite Of Passage, except when Bruce screamed that the water was poisonous, Jack managed to reverse time around him for a few seconds in a powerful fit of desperation to save Janet's life, not caring about actually reversing time for himself though. So, both of Tim's parents end up in coma, Tim, now accepted as Bruce's newest apprentices, moves into the manor and formally starts training.

Unfortunately, Tim doesn't have the early training of Dick, nor the raw talent of Jason, so he struggles finding an affinity. Bruce decides to send him on a three week trip to Paris to train with his old teachers, The Rahul Lama, hopefully to get a new perspective and find what he's comfortable with. He does spend two weeks trying his best but ultimately failing before he gets pulled into a full blown conspiracy.

Lady Shiva decides to train him while they're at it, and for some reason, something just clicks. Her methods and way of seeing magic just works really well with Tim. When their manhunt against Edmund Dorrance is done, Shiva finally gets a lead on something she's been searching for a while, and Tim tags along with her mission while she teaches the path of ilusory magic, of perceiving into someone's mind and changing it to your will. It just turns out that the something was actually someone...

Flash forward, we have exact the point in which the story starts, with Tim arriving into Gotham Harbor, two months late with a girl, apparently Lady Shiva's daughter who currently doesn't have a name. Bruce almost has a heart attack, both extremely relieved that Tim is safe but also it's been two months who is this-

Cassandra – as Barbara would go on to name her – was a mage prodigy, being trained since the moment she was born to be a perfect weapon by her father. She had a very good understanding of all attributes of magic, with amazing spatial awareness and downright telepathic intuitive perception, at the cost of no understanding of language. Shiva mentioned something about a League of Shadows, but Tim isn't really sure what it is exactly, just that they wanted Cass to join them, but after killing someone for the first time and accidentally stealing their soul, she started to run away from them, mostly living in the streets before a friend of Shiva's found her in Hong Kong. Her and Tim are mostly attached at the hip to each other, inseparable.

Bruce and Barbara decided it would be safer and less stressful for Cass if she lived in the Clocktower instead of having to live in the manor. Time mostly passes without many events after that, with most of their focus being to make sure Cass adjusts well to Gotham and find ways to communicate with her. That is, until Tim stalked one of Bruce's missions despite being benched and met – promptly being hit in the face by a brick – Stephanie Brown.

She was a self taught prodigy of time magic, daughter of a lesser death mage, she was hellbent on spoiling all of her father's plans. Bruce didn't really like her motivation to practice magic, and did his best to try to get her to give up.

Tim and Steph quickly became close to each other, and as weeks passed it became clear that she wasn't going to leave the streets of Gotham no matter what. Bruce was peer pressured by everyone in his life to also accept Steph as an apprentice and actually train her before she got really hurt.

And so, The House of The Bat got three new mage students from very different backgrounds. (I like to think the vibes of the story sometimes are very much like Witch's Hat Atelier) Considering that Barbara has a litteral wizard's tower, she's usually the one who's trying to make sure each one of them goes though their mage's journey safely. She's helping them get a understanding of magic and of their affinity, her classes are very challenging, but not impossible.

Tim leans into Ilusory magic – I think him and Bruce should get pretty similar magic, but while Bruce leans into deceiving, Tim likes to perceive and understand other's mind – Steph gets better and better in Time magic, and to complement the two, Cass starts to study Physical magic.

Just thinking of three mage apprentices running away from rogues, getting into trouble and taking down magical mobsters during the night and having to study grueling hours of torture with Barbara. Thinking of Dick abducting them to a impromptu practical class (Babs is going to murder him). Thinking of Bruce having to deal with three children and messing up so much.

Thinking of Stephanie's death and how hard it would affect Tim and Cass. Thinking of Tim finding a mysterious book in his birthday presents, one that's written in some parts in a cypher that uses a combination of mandarin and arabic he spends months trying to solve. It is a necromancy guide, gifted out of indulging the question of what the little bats would do with it. After all, you only need a basic ritual and a death mage with a soul under their name.

Captured and contained

Little info dump on the whole diamond prison thing with regards to my Feral JD AU

So basically what happened when Velvet and Veneer first captured JD in my au is Veneer is always looking for more animals for his little side zoo project. They happened to be doing a photo shoot outside in the woods for a new album cover. Veneer went on a walk to have some alone time and stumbled across a little goblin boy. Aka JD.

"Oooo aren't you a cute little fella, You would be perfect as desk decoration!"

*JD gets snatched*

Later when Veneer tells Velvet he got a new pet and reveals JD. Her initial reaction is "Okay, but where did you even get that thing it's disgusting." JD proceeds to bite Veneer (multiple times) and wriggle himself free from his hands. He then runs rampant through their dressing room until they manage to contain him in a crystal bottle. The only thing they thought was strong enough to hold him. Later down the line when Velvet captures Floyd (basically the same sequence of events as the movie from here) and starts using him for his talent. That's when they realize that JD is actually a troll as well. JD being JD though is as Velvet described "uncooperative" and "savage" so she refuses to use him for his talent and instead tells Veneer "That one can be yours. You're that one that found that thing anyway." So Veneer does end up using JD for his talent just not nearly as often as Velvet does Floyd. JD does still get hit pretty hard by the whole draining thing considering he is grey and unlike the average troll has in a sense "forgotten/lost" his talent. That doesn't stop him from unleashing hell on the twin every chance he gets. Goblin man will do goblin things

Then things follow the movie pretty much the same except Bruce and Clay end up getting captured when they all break into the dressing room to rescue Floyd. Poppy and Branch end up escaping into the rafters. Velvet ends up sticking Clay and Floyd in her shoulder pads and Veneer gets Bruce. Veneer leaves JD behind in his dressing room because he feels guilty and doesn't want to hurt him any more than he has to.

Fast forward to the family harmony scene where although they are technically down a brother and Floyd is still trapped in Velvet's clutches the 3 brothers and pop sisters sing on anyway. The family harmony DOES end up working to free Floyd and also JD. I'm playing this off on the idea that despite JD not being present physically he could feel the connection to his brothers and their desperation to help Floyd. JD wants the same thing, to free Floyd and that is what connects them all together. It's like Branch said "We don't have to be perfect to be in harmony, We just have to be as we are." (just go with it ok IDK) Once the diamonds are shattered JD is pretty worst for wear, unlike Floyd he doesn't have anyone to support him right off the bat. He is used to being on his own at this point tho and only cares about getting Floyd out. He tucks himself away into a corner of the room behind some furniture to hide and rest up till he can get the both of them out of this hell hole.

Mind you only Floyd knows that he's also being held captive somewhere backstage when all this is happening. So once Floyd regains consciousness and has a chance to take a moment with his brothers. he then immediately goes into full anxiety mode well explaining that they have to get to JD. The others confused about what he's talking about don't believe him at first, but do end up helping Floyd backstage since he keeps insisting that JD needs them. They do end up finding JD and that's where the real story begins.

Some basic backstory of my Bill Created Alastor Au (I’m gonna be honest I might add or change stuff if I ever decide to write a fic)

Origins

Bill had become frustrated with humans for continuing to disappoint him. He thought to himself, If angels were the supposed ‘perfect’ beings, why did they create such fragile and at times dull creatures? I bet I could create a way better human! And he decided to go through with it and make the perfect obedient human tool; an anchor for access to different realities. Or so he thought.

He used the same ingredients such as the dust to create his human just with added modifications such giving them dark magical abilities.

For Alastor it started as worship because Bill was his creator and was considered Bill’s favorite. But after gaining knowledge and growing into his own person throughout the years, Alastor began to understand that he was merely a pawn in Bill’s game. It was until the 1920’s that Alastor began to question Bill and his own existence. Alastor had fallen for the radio and was able to convince Bill that with his radio show, he would be able to spread Bill’s influence. However, as he began to live life as an independent human, he began to do things for himself now. He didn’t randomly kill humans, he killed humans he deemed were deserving for their evil actions and he became focused on other topics to talk about besides Bill on his broadcasts. Bill saw this as the first act of defiance in Alastor and had to ‘fix’ him. But despite the torture and threats of death, Alastor continued doing what he thought was best for himself and his audience.

So Bill took another page from heaven, he sent his human to hell. This again backfired, hell in a way was similar to the Nightmare realm except there was no controlling triangle breathing down your neck, it was freedom. So when he had no choice but to leave because of Bill’s plan for Gravity Falls, Alastor had grown to resent his creator, his god, his father.

Bill’s View of the Angels

As we all know, Bill Cipher is a being of pure chaos and causing havoc wherever he goes. Basically he’s everything Heaven doesn’t stand for. Bill also sees the angels as stuffy snobs who think they’re better than everyone else. So he never really had much interest to ever engage with them, until he heard about the Eden incident and evil was released into earth. It was the most hilarious thing Bill ever heard and to know it was one of their own that had a part in it was even sweeter. It was also an opportunity to finally be able to go into the dimension where earth was and to conquer it.

While on earth, Bill began to notice that most of his schemes and atrocities he committed were all being blamed on this one particular angel, Lucifer. Honestly, it pissed the dream demon off that this guy was basically stealing all his street cred. So when he decided to check this hell for himself, he would say it was pretty impressive. It was fun to watch all these humans turned demons still continue to cause pain and misery even in death. And then he met the big cheese in charge; apparently he heard that Bill managed to sneak into hell and was disrupting order in the other rings. If he had just stayed in the pride ring, Bill probably wouldn’t have been found out early on because the pride ring was already chaotic.

Lucifer knew of the stories of Bill Cipher's terror and it was only a matter of time until he plunged all of hell into its own destruction. He may not like the sinners, but the hellborn didn’t deserve to lose their world and he had to protect his family. He was able to fight Bill off and create barriers to keep the triangle at bay and to never set foot in hell ever again.

When Bill found out Alastor was dating an angel he felt sick, but when he found it was Lucifer of all people, he lost another bit of his remaining sanity.

Bill and Alastor Relationship

Bill at the beginning only saw Alastor as a pet/puppet. He still even refers to Alastor as one, but deep deep deep deeeeep down he started to care about the human he created (he will deny this however). Out of everyone, Alastor was the only one Bill felt comfortable talking about Euclydia and his family. He was given the same story like everybody else that he liberated his universe, but there were times he was vulnerable enough to give Alastor bits and pieces of the actual truth. The best Alastor could conclude was that Bill must have started with good intentions in trying to reveal the third dimension to his people, but something went terribly wrong and that’s the most information he could get because Bill would black out and not remember.

As Alastor’s powers grew, Bill had made him his right hand man. Alastor would be Bill’s eyes and ears whenever Bill would send him somewhere and be a spy. However, he felt like he was losing Alastor’s loyalty bit by bit because of the influence of humans, so he decided to send him to hell. To Bill, sending Alastor to hell was like sending your kid to summer camp; however to Alastor it felt like abandonment. Still, Bill assumed once he took over earth, he’d do the same with hell and give it to Alastor as a gift.

Alastor and Pine’s Family

Alastor had met Ford first when he was ordered by Bill to hunt him down. This would be Alastor’s first act of defiance, yes he hunted and tormented Ford throughout the years (he loved the twisted cat and mouse game) but when he was actually close to capturing Ford, he’d let him escape at the last second. Bill was none the wiser because he still believed in Alastor’s loyalty despite the attitude he came back with. Ford eventually developed insomnia because of the nightmares of the Radio Demon and wherever he went, the demon would always find him. So learning his family was friends with the monster who haunted his dreams was a horrific discovery.

After spending three years tormenting Stanford Pines, Alastor spent the last four years living in Gravity Falls. His mission this time was to make sure all pieces on the chessboard would fall into place for Stanley Pines to open the portal again to get Ford back. But in true Alastor fashion, he took his time and decided to have a bit of fun while he was there. If he was going to spend however long in such a small town, might as well give the townsfolk the proper medium of entertainment.

As Alastor stationed a new radio studio in Gravity Falls, this would lead him to making a partnership with Stan Pines and talk about the Mystery Shack during his radio show.

The Pine twins were also to win over, Mabel was already a fan of his radio show, especially his romance segment and Dipper was someone who craved acknowledgement. So when Alastor told the boy about his newest segment of the supernatural and wanting to know about the child’s adventures, it was easy.

Despite using them, Alastor couldn’t help but grow a bit attached to the Pines for they were a colorful bunch. When Weirdmageddon happened and everything was revealed, it wasn’t pretty.

Hazbin Hotel and Alastor’s relationship with Lucifer

Pretty much the same happens in the show. Except with Alastor keeping his secret identity. He could have revealed himself and what he was when he was sent to hell, but he didn’t know how the outcome would have been. The sinners and other overlords weren’t much of a problem, but there was still the hierarchy of hell and despite him being powerful, so was Bill but he had been banished or at least prohibited from entering hell. So if all of hell knew he was the creation of the dream demon, he’d most likely be a target for everyone. And it didn’t help that the king of hell was already beginning to feel suspicious of him. So Alastor decided to turn up the charm and get into the king’s good graces. Since the beginning of Alastor’s existence, he was taught how to recognize and manipulate one’s feelings. He could tell Lucifer still yearned for affection and companionship.

It wasn’t easy, the two would constantly argue but after finding things in common and Alastor suddenly being sweet; Lucifer began to fall for Alastor. And Alastor caught the fallen angel into his web, what he didn’t expect was to fall for him too.

Unfortunately, his secret was discovered for the last seven years he was involved in Weirdmaggedon. Lucifer had known about Bill Cipher especially his time as Angel in heaven, and he wasted no time shielding hell. So learning that Alastor was created by him was devastating and angry. He felt so lied to and having Charlie be so close to danger was enough for him to kick Alastor out of the hotel. Both were heartbroken, Lucifer despite his anger still had feelings towards Alastor and Alastor had never felt such affection for anyone.

And since Lucifer wanted no trace of Bill in hell, it was best he left hell entirely. Besides, he’s been dealing with Bill telepathically wanting him to return back to earth.

Bill and Alastor now

Since Alastor is an anchor, Bill is able to return to earth but not physically for he’s still trapped in the Theraprism. They’re all they have left now since both lost everything. For Alastor, it seems strange because now he’s the one taking care of his creator because Bill is slowly losing his mind, but still wants to try again.

Unknown to them, Ford has discovered they are both back and decided to hunt them down. Not just Ford, but also Lucifer and the rest of the residents at the hotel. Lucifer decided he would be the one to bring Alastor back to hell, (he kicked him out of the hotel but not hell) and he wanted to apologize for his overreaction.

I wrote this while still brainstorming ideas and plots for my au. Cause I plan to do one shot comics or maybe mini comics. I don’t know if I’ll ever get to write a fanfiction of it though since I still need to finish some other stuff.

AU where Azulon was adopted, and by adopted I mean, Sozin stole him after his parents conveniently died because Sozin is so old and his genes are probably compromised. Also I could easily imagine Sozin getting desperate enough to steal someone's kid and bury the evidence as I imagine he forgot to have kids due to being angry Roku told him to fuck off or the kids he did have weren't benders so he banished them and didn't want another failure.

Sozin becomes so focused on the comet that he forgets he's supposed to have children. After Roku dies, Sozin realizes that he needs to have some children of his own. He is the Fire Lord so there are one or two kids with his blood running around but they're all either nonbenders or weak benders so Sozin doesn't claim any of them. He's in his old age when he really starts to see that he needs to have some children, desperately. He goes to his inner council, a group of two or three men that are the Fire Lord's closest allies, are tells them about his worry. One of the men says he knows of a friend, an admiral, who just had a son with incredibly bending ability. After Sozin gets more information on the baby boy, he orders the infant brought to him and his parents killed. To the Fire Nation, the story is that a happy couple and their baby were sadly killed in a fire started by the admiral during a fight. Meanwhile, their Fire Lord just announced a healthy baby boy (with no mother in sight) and named him Prince Azulon, his rightful heir.

It's kept under wraps throughout Azulon's life that he's not related to Sozin by blood. The whole point of the Royal Family's rule is that they receive it by being blood related to "supposedly" Agni. So if it were to come out that Azulon isn't related to Sozin by blood then that opens the floodgates for people to potentially challenge his rule down the line. That being said, it's clear to literally everyone that Sozin had a child very, very, very late in life. (Councilmen: Fire Lord Sozin, I didn't even know- Sozin: Yes, it happened suddenly. One of the servants came to me a few days ago and said that this little one was mine. She saw that he had such firebending potential that she wanted to give him to me. Councilmen: Thank the spirits that there's an heir to the throne now. He'll make a fine Fire Lord one day. Sozin: Yes, he will). Azulon grows up in the palace as Sozin’s son exactly as you would expect. He’s taught to bend, put into academic lessons the moment he’s old enough to read, and into prince lessons once he’s old enough to walk. Sozin both doesn’t spend much time with Azulon because he’s old and because he’s not a good father so Azulon doesn’t really have much care at all.

Time goes by and Azulon lives under the believe that he’s Sozin’s son. Everyone just tells him that his mom was really young which makes a lot of sense to Azulon so he never questions it. Eventually, Sozin passes away and Azulon becomes Fire Lord. A few months before his father dies, he gets into an argument with one of his inner councilmen who starts telling people that Azulon isn't his real son and isn't royal blood. Most view his rants as those of an idiot who is spreading rumors because he's mad at the Fire Lord. Azulon doesn't really question anything because, again, it just seems so crazy, but he can't help but wonder if there is some truth to this and goes looking. When he goes looking, he finds his real birth certificate that was hidden away so no one would find out. (Azulon: FATHER! Sozin, on his death bed: Azulon? Azulon: Why!? Just why!? Sozin: You're going to have to be a little more specific, son. And what did I tell you about disrespecting your father? Azulon: You're not my father! Sozin: Huh? You finally found the truth. I was beginning to think you never would. Azulon: Why? Sozin: I needed an heir, you were strong and a baby. Everything worked out perfectly, wouldn't you say? Azulon: You killed my parents! Sozin: I made you a prince! *Cough! Cough!* What are you going to do? Tell the world? The Royal Family will crumble, the nation will crumble and you will be left with nothing more than whatever you can grab when they kick you out of the palace. Azulon: You don't care at all? I-I really thought- Sozin: It is not my fault that you were an idiot. The choice is yours, son. I'm already dead. There's nothing I can do to persuade you one way or another.) Azulon stays quiet.

Azulon later marries Ilah and has Iroh and Ozai. Ilah passes away seconds after Ozai is born which leaves Azulon with a hatred for Ozai. He can't look at him without seeing another parent killer like Sozin was. Azulon "raises" Iroh and Ozai as best he can while also being Fire Lord but the two brothers are pretty much left on their own. Iroh and Ozai are as close as they can be for having a ten year ago gap but they are still close and Iroh hates seeing his father hurt Ozai so much. He hates it enough that he decides to do something about it, but there isn't much he can do because he's not Fire Lord. That is until he comes across a familiar birth certificate and realizes the truth. Azulon would certainly have a lot of trouble if people found out he wasn't royal blood. The only problem with this is that it would also affect Iroh and Ozai and reveal that they aren't royal blood either. For a while, Iroh sits on this new information and doesn't do anything. Then comes the day that Azulon also burns Ozai's face (in a very familiar fashion) and Iroh stops him and decides that he needs to get Ozai away from here. He gives the birth certificate to the council then runs off with Ozai that night and with enough food and money for them to survive until he can get a job somewhere. (Ozai: Iroh? Where are we going? Iroh: Somewhere safe. Ozai: Is father coming? Iroh: No. No, we don't be seeing father...ever again. Ozai:....Thank you. Iroh: Always.)

Iroh and Ozai get stuck in a massive storm while they're sailing away from the Fire Nation and wind up in the South Pole. Because they are not wearing clothes appropriate for the weather or know how to fish, the two don't exactly have a fun first day. During their first night, a young mother finds them and brings them to her village so they don't freeze. The next morning, Iroh meets Kanna and Ozai meets Hakoda, Kya and Bato. Ozai is absolutely not up for leaving his brother's side and being around children he's never met (it has nothing to do with the fact that he's never been around kids his own age and doesn't know what he's supposed to do. Why would anyone even think that?). Kanna and the village are very iffy about letting two Fire Nationals stay in their home but they also don't like the idea of kicking out a 18 and 8 year old into the cold. Eventually, Kanna agrees to let them stay but says that they will kick them out if the two act like princes or start firebending at them. Since their in the middle of no where and Iroh basically just told the entire Fire Nation that he and Ozai have been accidentally lying to them for years, neither is very intent on getting kicked out of the village. (Plus, Iroh really likes seeing his brother getting to play with other kids....he just has to keep reminding Ozai that throwing snowballs doesn't mean you whack people straight in the face as hard as you can with a snowball.)

oh dear, I hope you don't mind me dumping everything into your ask, I think this would probably be a valuable thing to have on my page!

The Lost Girl AU is a kotlc au that takes the original storyline and puts a more adult/young adult spin on it. I am also (along with my team) focusing on filling in the plot holes that come up with someone writes such a long series and (let's be honest) doesn't know what the ending is going to look like when they start.

there are two major changes i've made

Plot

The AU is fit into 3/4 'arcs' which will eventually be found on my Ao3.

arc 1, which is already started is called The Girl from Across the Waves and will follow Sophie through a modified events of the first three books.

(arc 2 will be books 4-6 and so on)

Sophie is 13 when she is kidnapped by a 'black swan' (neverseen) and in the panic, awakens her dormient telepathic abilities, calling out to Fitz, a strange boy she has befriended.

Fitz and Keefe had a falling out pre-fic. While Fitz is the golden child of the purest blood, Keefe is more guarded; scorned by adults, sharp as a thorn brush. he is as close to a faery as one might get, in this new world.

Linh and Tam were banished to a human realm (exillium does not exist in this AU).

Foxfire is a school for the nobility, it is much less like a traditional school, it is preparing the students for school for life as keepers, councilors, and regents. Each year there is a tournament and final exams - the bottom 10% are expelled from the school.

Sofitz does happen, however, the endgame ships in this AU are fedex, sokeefe, and marelinh.

Lore

the changes in KOTLC lore are the most important part. some of you might've guessed this from the designs i've shared, but elves have a very different history in The Lost Girl AU. I'm a big Celtic and Germanic mythology nerd and the elves in this au are the ultra eugenized versions of fae from the legends of long past.

once upon a time they were one with the natural world - their shapes fluid, their minds wicked. they were beings that resided entirely off magic. some of the ancients still bare remains of this time (Fintan's goat horns and cloven hooves). There are stories, passed down carefully between families, the Dinzee's used to be sly foxes, the Heks were once borne of unicorns, but the power they once had has dissipated.

The Council, in an attempt to maintain order and control, has placed each species, each ability user, into ranks and levels when once all lived together. Keeping ones bloodline pure is held in the highest regard. Marella suffers from this, as a elf/pixie hybrid, she struggles with discrimination everywhere she goes, Dex as well, but too a lesser extend (Kesler is probably a hyrbid, I'm not sure what from yet, thinking ogre?). Sophie is called a changling, in truth, she is something far grander.

the other species are going to be more mythological as well, gnomes are pretty much a slave race after the elves killed their ruling class. goblins are tricky little beasts, etc. I care about preserving the mischief of fae.

This is where Sophie comes in, the Black Swan created someone who is quite like the elves of old - she has no limits on her powers, and as she grows, she becomes more and more connects to the land of the Lost Cities. She learns to draw her power from it.

Kokichi, otherwise known as Spotpaw, started as a rogue in a funney little rogue group. can't imagine who they'd be. He joins the clan cus he's interested in their life and also maybe DICE is like slaughtered idk im still figuring that one out. buuuut!! he does join the clan and as you can imagine it goes. great

kaito and kokichi rivarly persists. at first he's wary cus Spotpaw's an outsider, but eventually theyre only fighting just cus he doesnt fucking like Spotpaw LMAO (´▽｀*)

His name is Nightpaw btw. His grandparents are elders in the clan. They tell funny stories to the children and Nightpaw tells them facts about the sky and he never shuts the fuck up about how their warrior ancestors inhabit the stars. at the same time he is also freaked out of the idea of the medicine cats (hiii mikan!!) being visited by the ghosts of fallen warriors (´- `*)

and finally

Shuichi and Tsumugi. Had to get a little strange with the family lines because... warrior cats... but basically Olivekit and Threadkit were raised together as siblings. Unfortunately! Junko is very present! Under the name of Goldenclaw. Mukuro is here too btw her name is Blackstrike. I'd share their designs but i hit my 10 photo limit on mobile and im not getting on my computer for this. oh yeah abyway uhhh Threadkit is kind of Goldenclaw's kit?? Goldenclaw probably found her in a ditch somewhere and went "oh yeah i can make a legacy out of this". She makes her sister raise Threadkit under the guise that shes her biological kit, and because of that, Birchwhisker goes to her for help to raise Olivekit. blackstrike is not happy about this

It all starts out as one big clan run by Jin, who has...yet to be Warrior named. And for a while, they're the ONLY clan. Buuuut.... Junko is here. The SDR2 cast are here. it does not stay peaceful

I won't type it all out since I'm still figuring it out and also I want to post this before I back out from nervousness but basically, Junko-- Goldenclaw,, yeah she's feeling a liiittle rebellious. Despair rises. Civil war within the clan begins, and eventually, Goldenclaw and her (very brainwashed and manipulated) group split off from the clan to start their own. and then they go to war (((・・;) typical warrior cats stuff

Eventually the conflict ceases as Makoto takes leadership of the clan as Luckystar. And I think, in this world, this is how the 9 lives ceremony woukd start-- some of the cats killed under Goldenclaw's tyranny come back to revive him with 9 extra lives to defeat her. They discover some sorta moonstone/moonpool (i prefer the stone lowkey) during this story. the drama. thats the best part about warriors. the DRAMA.

ok that's all i think i got it out of my system. maybe i'll come back to this maybe i won't i dunno,, i have a bad habit of having an idea and then forgetting it a day later (；ω；) so. you guys get danganronpa battle cats instead of anything... normal. whoopsies
